S.S. Rajamouli
S.S. Rajamouli (born October 10, 1973) is an Indian film director and screenwriter known for his epic and high-scale productions. He is best known for creating the Baahubali film series, which became the highest-grossing Indian film franchise at the time of release.

Early Life
Born in Raichur, Karnataka, Rajamouli was raised in a Telugu film industry family. His father, K. V. Vijayendra Prasad, is a renowned screenwriter who has written many of his films. Rajamouli initially worked as an assistant director before making his directorial debut.
Career
Early Work
Rajamouli made his directorial debut with Student No. 1 (2001), which was a commercial success. He gained critical acclaim with Eega (Makkhi) (2012), a fantasy film about a man reincarnated as a housefly.
Baahubali Franchise
The Baahubali series (2015, 2017) became a cultural phenomenon and established Rajamouli as one of the most influential filmmakers in Indian cinema. The films set numerous box office records.
RRR
