Vishesh Jindal is an Indian corporate trainer, public speaker, independent filmmaker, and educator based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. He is the founder and director of MBAwaleBhaiya, a career development and corporate training firm. With an MBA (Gold Medalist) in Human Resource Management and Marketing and a Ph.D. (Pursuing) in Human Resource Management from JECRC University, Jaipur, Rajasthan, Jindal is known for his work in employability training, placement consulting, and academic content development.

Early life and education

Vishesh Jindal was born in Prayagraj (formerly Allahabad), Uttar Pradesh, India. He pursued a B.Sc. in 3D Animation and Visual Effects from Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences (SHUATS), securing 84% marks (2014–2017).

He later completed his MBA in Human Resource Management and Marketing from Jaipur National University with 78% marks (2023–2025), graduating as a Gold Medalist. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Jindal also received advanced training in filmmaking and communication at The Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute, New York (2018–2019), gaining expertise in visual storytelling, direction, and performance technique.

Career

Early career

Jindal began his professional journey as an intern at Hindustan Media Ventures, Aligarh (2016), where he gained experience in editorial coordination, documentation, and professional communication.

He subsequently worked as a Customer Support Executive at Tech Mahindra, Chandigarh (2022–2023), maintaining a 90%+ customer satisfaction rating and handling escalation management.

Jindal transitioned into the training and HR domain through roles at:
